Amundi Nasdaq-100 Daily (-1x) Inverse UCITS ETF Acc

The objective of this Sub-Fund is to track the performance of NASDAQ-100 1x Short Total Return Index (the "Index") and to minimize the tracking errorbetween the net asset value of the Sub-Fund and the performance of the Index. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve a level of tracking error of the Sub-Fund andits index that will not normally exceed 1%. The Index provides the inverse performance of the Nasdaq 100 Index (the "Parent Index") with daily 1x leverage and represents a short position in this ParentIndex. The Parent Index, the Nasdaq-100 Index, includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-fi nancial companies listed on the Nasdaq StockMarket based on market capitalization. The Index refl ects companies across major industry groups including computer hardware and software,telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade and biotechnology. The Index includes an adjustment to refl ect the interest earned on both the initial investmentand the proceeds from selling short the securities in the Parent Index. The exposure to the Index will be achieved through a direct replication, mainly by making direct investments in transferable securities and/or other eligibleassets representing the Index constituents in a proportion extremely close to their proportion in the index. The Investment Manager will be able to use derivatives in order to deal with infl ows and outfl ows and which relate to the Index or constituents of the Index forinvestment and/or effi cient portfolio management.
