To track the performance of Solactive Developed Markets Pure Gold Miners Index NTR (USD) (the "Index"), and to minimize the tracking error between the net asset value of the Sub-Fund and the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index which represents global gold mining equities. Constituents of the Index must be members of the Solactive GBS Global Markets Precious Metals All Cap USD Index PR (the "Parent Index"), including all exchange traded American Deposit Receipts ("ADRs") of the respective eligible companies. Eligible companies must be classified as developed markets or as emerging market companies under the Solactive Global Benchmark Series listed via ADRs. Additionally, eligible companies must be categorized under the gold mining category of the Parent Index. Only one share class of each eligible company is eligible for inclusion. The determination of the Index's universe is fully rule-based and Solactive cannot make any discretionary decisions.
